Read an hour each day. Don’t ever stop learning in some way.
Learn from all the people around you. We can all learn something from the people around us – everybody has something to offer.
Make a “To Do” list each night before you go to bed – and stick to it the next day. You’ll be shocked how much you can accomplish when you actually have a plan of attack.
Wake up earlier. There is no better way to waste time then to sit in bed all morning.
Get off your butt for at least a 1/2 hour each day. It’s a great way to de-stress and get your mind away from the things that may be weighing heavy on you. Plus, the dog could probably use the exercise.
Get off Facebook, Twitter and all other social media sites. The majority of us spend way to much time on the sites and don’t even realize it.
When you walk into the gym, have a plan. Stop wasting time walking around trying to figure out what it is that you want to do. Have a plan – get in and get out.
Try to help someone out every day. You’ll feel good about yourself for making a positive impact on someone else’s day. It’s another good way to de-stress.
