Ben Bruno strikes again! Another good read from Ben with a few great exercises that anyone can benefit from, whether a personal training client or an athlete. I could make an argument for having all four of these movements in your current program.

Don’t Forget About the Coaching by Kevin Carr

This was from a little while ago but I didn’t get a chance to share it. An absolutely awesome article about actually coaching athletes, something that seems to have been lost with all the internet gurus these days.

Looking to get a master’s degree and/or being a strength coach at the college level…look no further! Tons of quality info that anyone looking to take the next step in their career.

I love the floor press and you should too. Any question you have ever hard regarding the exercise is answered in this HUGE blog by Mike Robertson. I dont know how long it took Mike to write this but it was well worth the effort.
