As many people know I am an avid reader as it is something I look forward to in order to stay sane. I probably read more books this year than I have in years past due to the fact that I often go back and re-read (more of a quick skim) some of my favorite books from years past. As a result, some of these books I had read in years past and some of these books I read for the first time this year. Needless to say, anyone involve in strength and conditioning would be doing themselves a major disservice if they didn’t read these books.
