- Teaching movement should always be the highest priority. Too much weight alters movement patterns. An altered movement pattern can lead to compensations, to potential breakdowns, and ultimately injuries.
- Culture is more important then sets and reps.
- In the weight room, when you find something that is really simple that also works, you win. Simple and effective is the name of the game.
