Loved all these podcasts this week. The one that really stands out is the MFCEO podcast which I started listening to in the last week or two. Andy Frisella is someone that everyone should be listening to. The guy runs 7 businesses, is ultra successful, and is as motivating a speaker as you are going to find. Start consuming his content.

You also can’t go wrong with the article written by Ken Mannie on why all athletes should be strength training – something parents of youth athletes should be reading.

Saw this a while back ( @movement815 ), tried it out a little bit, and I really like it. ▪️ . . One of the biggest issues I see with 1DB or 1KB Overhead Pressing is that athletes have the tendency to lean back and extend through the lumbar spine. Using the half roller seems to help create more tension throughout the core which limits the ability to extend through the spine. – . . Give it a try and let me know what you think 👊💪
