Developing 1-Leg Strength

Strength coaches love to debate a ton about uni-lateral or bilateral lower body strength training. But no matter where you stand on the debate, training hard and heavy and/or getting strong on 1-Leg is incredibly important.

As Joe Aratari said a couple weeks back, there is a huge issue if you have an athlete that can back or front squat big numbers but then needs to grab light dumbbells for their split Squat/1-Leg work. Props to Joe for this original thought.
