✔️ Improves shoulder stability
✔️ Improves hip mobility
✔️ Improves scapular upward rotation
✔️ Improves recruitment of the rotator cuff
✔️ Improves anterior core control
✔️ Exploits imbalances between sides of the body
And probably a few other things that I didn’t think of.
