A month or so ago I posted this video as a way to improve core positioning/engagement when pressing with a Kettlebell or Dumbbell Overhead. The problem is that most facilities don’t have enough wall space to pull this off with big groups.
After racking my brain a little, something more doable for most facilities would be by using a band tied off somewhere instead of the half roller.
Works pretty well. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
