Though it seems like I only post lower body work, we do perform just as much upper body isometric work.
Our upper body isometrics we typically more pulling then pushing, with simple movements like the Chest Supported Row.
Here is a Multi-Hold, where we would initially perform 2 sets of 6 at a normal tempo, with a final set of 2 reps, 10 second hold, 2 reps, 10 second hold, 2 reps, 10 second hold.
