Just like every other Sunday, we have another group of podcasts and articles to read and listen to that I have dived into. Like every other week, there was a ton of content out there both in written form and through podcasts. Enjoy!
Lot of good listens this week but none better then Brendon Marcello on the Elite Baseball Development Podcast. Lot of talk on recovery and more specifically sleep, both of which most people need more of.
Not a ton of articles this week – I don’t know if there just wasn’t as much content out there or I didn’t come across them. Either way, two older articles that made the rounds again, the ones by Eric Cressey and Michael Boyle, are both must reads if you haven’t before.
