Prepare Athletes for the Demands of Sport

If you aren’t jump and landing in multiple planes in training, good luck in competition.

If you aren’t sprinting in training, good luck in competition.

If you aren’t changing direction in training, good luck in competition.

If you aren’t performing tasks that are required in order to keep you healthy and productive in sport during your training, don’t be surprised when your perform suffers or you are dealing with unwanted injuries. 🤷‍♂️
