  • Kettlebell Swing x10
  • Push Up with a 3-5 second hold x10
  • 2KB Split Squat x10 each
  • 1-Arm Kettlebell Row x10 each

For those curious, the 4️⃣ Week progression I’ve been using with this has been something like this 👇

  • Week 1: 4 rounds of 8
  • Week 2: 5 rounds of 8
  • Week 3: 4 rounds of 10
  • Week 4: 5 rounds of 10
