Just like every other Sunday, we have another group of podcasts and articles to read and listen to that I have dived into. Like every other week, there was a ton of content out there both in written form and through podcasts. Enjoy!
Some interesting listens this week. Will Greenberg of the Buffalo Bills has a fresh way of looking at things which I enjoyed. What was really great though was Erik Korem from William & Mary and by the sounds of things they are doing and will continue to do some great stuff down there.
It’s the time of the year where college athletes are going to be making their way back to campus for their preseason. With that comes conditioning tests and long two-a-day practices – and with that comes a lot of potential hamstring issues. Take some time to read Michael Boyle’s hamstring article so you are ready!
