Towel Chin Ups

I love chin ups. I also like it when I can make an exercise more difficult and have more benefits without adding more load.

The Towel Chin Up allows us to still train and get the benefits of a normal Chin Up with the added grip component, making your wrist/forearm muscles work even more. This variation also allows our shoulder to rotate more in the socket for an even more shoulder friendly movement. Lots to like.
