Just like every other Sunday, we have another group of podcasts and articles to read and listen to that I have dived into. Like every other week, there was a ton of content out there both in written form and through podcasts. Enjoy!
I feel like a broken record when I say this, but people need to listen to Tony Holler for various reasons. This interview on the GAINcast is no different, you need to take a listen!
I’m probably a little biased here, but Jake Furr’s article on the importance of a great strength and conditioning coach is a phenomenal read. I think more people are seeing the importance of a strength coach, but there is still so many untapped markets like high schools that need qualified strength coaches working with their athletes.

Day 3️⃣ of 3️⃣0️⃣ ➖Train Power Outside the Sagittal Plane. ▫️ . I know this may be a tough pill to swallow, but there is very little carryover when training power in the sagittal plane and athletes actually being able to produce power in multiple planes in sport. If you want an athlete to be powerful in multiple planes, you need to actually train it for both the upper and lower body. There is way more to power production then just Cleans and Snatches.
