This is a repost from maybe 6-8 weeks ago, but a thought that I think worth sharing again for those who didn’t see it at the time.
Prepare athletes for the demands of their sport. Volleyball 🏐 is a sport that demands explosiveness, but also demands that the athlete express that power and move well in various planes ➡️ it’s more then just big vertical jumps.
