Unconventional Shoulder Health Movements: Kettlebell Bottoms Up Tall Kneel to Stand

We use a lot of what I would consider unconventional movements when it comes to shoulder care. One of my favorites is the Kettlebell Bottoms Up Tall Kneel to Stand that challenges overhead stability, upward rotation, and core stability. It’s a really simple movement but a lot of bang for your buck that I originally stole from Eric Cressey.
