S&C Week in Review: 9/1

Just like every other Sunday, we have another group of podcasts and articles to read and listen to that I have dived into. Like every other week, there was a ton of content out there both in written form and through podcasts.

Enjoy!

Podcasts

Some really, really good podcasts this week. For those that don’t regularly listen to Brett Bartholomew’s Art of Coaching podcast, you should. It isn’t the typical sets and reps strength and conditioning podcast. Beyond that, the Business & Fitness podcast with Luka Hocevar is great, and Cam Josse is always great to listen to.

Articles

Some really good articles this week. I am a big fan of Tony Gentilcore and his work, especially when it comes to shoulder information and deadlifting – and that’s what he gave us this week, some shoulder information.

With hockey season right around the corner, I thought it would be appropriate to dig back into one of my favorite books on training hockey athletes.
