30-40 Minute Ladder Circuit

Consistency is the name of the game when we are talking about health and fat loss. Like most people I often feel like I don’t have enough time in the day to do all the things I need to do, which is why I lean on Circuits a few times a week.

This one is brutal and efficient. 10 rounds, resting to 130 beats after each round.

✔️ Kettlebell Swing x10 – 1 (drop a rep each round)

✔️ Chin Up x5 each round

✔️ Goblet Squat x1 – 10 (add a rep each round)

✔️ Push Up x20

✔️ Overhead Slam x10
