Banded Glut-Ham Raise

I typically don’t perform a lot of Glute-Ham Raises as I tend to pull more with my low back then hamstrings and glutes, causing some discomfort in my low back the following days.

Recently I’ve been playing around with this Glute-Ham variation that I stole from both Eric Cressey and Luka Hocevar which has you use a band, forcing me to actually use my hamstrings and glutes to perform the movement with zero low back discomfort the following days. The band keeps you honest ➡️ I thought I could bang out a bunch or reps without issues, not so much anymore.
