Just like every other Sunday, we have another group of podcasts and articles to read and listen to that I have dived into. Like every other week, there was a ton of content out there both in written form and through podcasts.
Like most every other week, there are some really good articles, but I would direct you towards the weight loss article/talk by Jim Laird. Only 5 minutes long, but a really good listen.
Book of the Week
I originally saw this one on social media being recommended by both Luka Hocevar and Matthew Ibrahim so I bought the audio version of the book. Just started listening to this one and am about halfway through and I am liking it a lot.
