Simple and Effective Core Training

Before you worry about what the limbs are doing, make sure you are stable and organized throughout the midsection. Anti-Extension (dead bugs, rollouts, body saws, etc), Anti-Rotation (Pallof Presses, etc), Anti-Lateral Flexion (KB Drag, Push Up Taps, etc). As Eric Cressey says, you can’t shoot a cannon from a canoe.
