Jump work is a standard in our programs. We perform some type of jump almost daily.
But i think a lot of coaches over think jump work.
Don’t…keep it simple.
✔️ Jump and Land on both one and two legs
✔️ Jump and Land in multiple planes
✔ Jump and Land in multiple planes both horizontally and vertically
✔️ Jump with intent, land quietly
