Happy Monday!
Here are a few thoughts bouncing around in my head after a week of reading, podcasts, cruising social media and any other continuing ed.
Enjoy!

- There have been some really bad Box Jump videos going around the internet lately. Just a friendly reminder, Box Jumps are about teaching proper jumping and landing mechanics, not about being a hero and jumping on the highest box possible.
- The #1 attribute of a great leader: Make the people around you better. – Tim Kight (@timothykight on Twitter)
- The number one goal of any strength coach should to first create efficient movers, then worrying about getting strong/faster/more fit. If you move well everything else seems to fall into place.
- A thought as we head into “In-Season” mode with a lot of teams and athletes – it’s not how much we can do in the weight room, its how little we can do and still get the desired training effect.
