Gotta make movement a priority everyday. Here is a quick Density Circuit I’ve been doing on days that I’m pressed for time or just don’t feel like doing a traditional strength session.
Set the clock for 20-30 minutes and go.
Sled March x 20 steps each
Push Up x 15
Overhead Slam x 10
Chin Up x 5
