Training is the Same Yet Different

A lot of what we do, whether is be volleyball or women’s hockey, is the same yet different. A perfect example of this is our complex training, more specifically our upper body pushing/pressing complex work. Both teams perform it, but the movements we use our upper body complex training is based on the sport.

Women’s Hockey ➡️ Neutral Grip Floor Press (shoulder friendly) complexed with Med Ball Chest Pass

Volleyball ➡️ Standing Landmine Press (even more shoulder friendly then a Floor Press) complexed with Med Ball Chest Pass

What we do stays relatively the same, how we changes based on the needs of the athlete and demands that the sport places on the athlete.
