The other day Movement as Medicine posted a circuit performing exercises for a certain period of time, not certain number or reps with heart rate based recovery. So I decided to give it a try. Each exercises was performed for 20 seconds followed by a heart rate recovery to around 70%, going through the circuit for a full 45 minutes. Here is what I did.👇
