After posting a couple videos of contrast training I got a decent amount of messages on what some of our pairings are. Here are a handful of the pairings we’ve used the past few years with our upper body pulling, where most of our strength work is in the 3-5 rep range and most of the following power work is in the 8-10 rep range.
- Strap Row ➡️ Med Ball Overhead Throw
- Strap Row ➡️ Med Ball Overhead Slam
- Chin Up ➡️ Med Ball Overhead Slam
- Bat Wings (and variations) ➡️ Overhead Slam
