How to Actually Get Stronger

“How did they get so strong?

”Your girls are so strong”

“How’d they get so good at chin ups?”

“What is your sets/reps scheme?”

I get questions/comments along these lines pretty often, and my answer is always the same ➡️ consistency and hard work. We have a coaching staff that makes the weight room a priority. We are consistent with our “big/important” lifts. We hang clean, split squat and chin up almost year round. Sometimes it’s higher reps, sometimes it’s lower reps. Sometimes we add eccentric and sometimes we add isometric work ➖ but we are consistently performing the lifts…and I’m lucky to have hard working and motivated athletes.
