Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat with Hockey Populations

Skating is a one leg action, so our training reflects that. RFE Split Squats are a staple with our hockey population, both during the off-season and the in-season period…and we don’t back off when it comes to loading in-season. Very little reps (2-3 per leg typically) with heavy loading.
