Post Christmas Aerobic Circuit

Post Christmas circuit to sweat 😓 out some of the poison from yesterday since I may have overindulged a little. 🍰 🍺 🍫

Kept the movements and format pretty simple, resting to 130 beats per minute after each exercise and getting through as many rounds as possible in 45 minutes.

  • Kettlebell Swing x10
  • Push Up x20 (not shown)
  • Sled March x10 steps each leg
  • Farmers Carry x20 total steps
  • Med Ball Overhead Slam x10 (not shown)
  • 10 seconds on, 20 seconds off x8
