5 Unique and Challenging Anti-Rotation Press Variations

The Anti-Rotation Press (Pallof Press/Belly Press) is one of my go-to core exercise for myself and the athletes that I work with. The problem is, it can get a little bland and boring.

Here are 5 variations I use in my training to make the movement more challenging, some of which I use with the athletes I work with and some of which I haven’t at this point.
