I’m a big fan of Hang Cleans. We do them a lot and highly recommend adding them to most athletic performance programs.
This is also the time of the year when lots of videos with athletes cleaning some serious weights, which is awesome. Again, I love seeing so much quality training.
But don’t forget there is a lot more than just the amount of weight on the bar when it comes to cleans and other loaded power work.
Every single rep we should be looking for a fast, powerful, snappy clean. That fast clean has so much more beneficial then just piling on some plates and doing it slowly.
