Side Plank with Horizontal Shoulder Abduction

I love this Side Plank variation that I straight up stole from Eric Cressey because it checks a lot of boxes.

I especially like it at this fine if the year with hockey as we are trying to make our lifts as efficient and productive as possible as we are getting towards the end of a long competitive season.

The movement simply allows us to both work on some shoulder care (shoulder are statistically the most injured area of the body in hockey) while also getting some core work in.
