A simple ‘filler’ exercise we have been using between sets of our bigger/compound lifts that checks a lot of boxes.

  • Hip Extension ➖ hockey 🏒 players could always use more of that
  • Glute Activation
  • Anterior Core Control
  • Shoulder Flexion
  • Scapular Upward Rotation
