This time we are using the 20-15-10-5 method to work off of.
The idea 💭 is simple ➡️ pick and exercise for each of the four rep ranges, set the clock ⏰ for a certain period of time, and go.
Here is what I did. ⬇️ Bodyweight Squat x20 Push Up x15 DB Row x10 each 1-Leg RDL x5 each And I added in a little core (side plank) and some pull apartments because I have a band.
