Developing Strength with Overcoming Isometrics

Just like pairing an Overcoming Isometric prior to a similar dynamic movement is a great way to stimulate the nervous system to produce more power output, so is pairing an overcoming isometric prior to a similar heavy strength movement to stimulate the nervous system to produce more strength.

Split Squat Pun Pull x5-10 seconds each ➡️ Heavy Split Squat x3-5 each
