Over-Speed Training with Med Balls

The last couple of years we’ve played around with some ‘overspeed’ training with med balls the last couple weeks of training heading into the late season/playoffs with both hockey 🏒 and volleyball 🏐 in hopes of “peaking” power.

And thanks to Perform Better for making some med balls that stand up to a lot of a work 💪
