Like every other Monday, here are a few thoughts bouncing around in my head after a week of reading, podcasts, cruising social media and any other continuing ed.
1. If you are looking to develop a specific quality in the weight room (speed, power, strength, etc.), less is usually more. Quality > quantity.
2. Unpopular Truth: 99% of people don’t need a complicated diet or training program, they simply need to eat less and exercise more then they currently do.
3. If ATC’s are required in every high school Athletic program, then why aren’t certified Strength and Conditioning coaches. Someone explain. – Rob Oviatt (@RobOviatt1 on Twitter)
