The Best T-Spine Rotation Exercise?

Let’s talk mobility.

More specifically, thoracic spine mobility.

I think it’s safe to say that the majority of T-Spine work is done poorly. It’s no one’s fault, it’s just a tough area to target specifically.

You’ll often see too much compensation. Too much movement through joints we aren’t trying to target or shouldn’t be producing movement through (lumbar spine).

Which is why I love this variation from Vernon Griffith.

As you can see, there is very little unwanted compensation. Plus a little added strength/stability work with the band.
