How We Structure Our Pre-Train


Every single time our athletes come into the gym at MaxWay Performance they warm up and then go through our Speed and Light Implement Power Block.

  • We always perform some type of speed/sprint work
  • We always perform some type of jump/plyo movement
  • We always throw med balls in some manner

We change the emphasis every day so that we are jumping and throwing in various planes to develop a more well rounded athlete as well as fighting off boredom.
