Just like every other Sunday, we have another group of podcasts and articles to read and listen to that I have dived into. Like every other week, there was a ton of content out there both in written form and through podcasts.
Before we get to the weekly content, I wanted to remind people that Train With Craig is in full swing, starting the third week of the September program.
What is Train With Craig? Train With Craig is a monthly strength training program done by me for you with three different options depending on your goals.
A general fitness program which includes 3 strength training workouts a week plus an optional 4th day with video demos of each exercise, alternatives for each exercise. An At Home program for people that don’t have access to the gym with 2 strength training days a week, and finally an athlete program with 3 days of strength training per week.
