Variation of the Same Movements

Performing the same movement with variation can be very beneficial.

For example, though most all of these squats look the same (1-Kettlebell, 2-Kettlebell, Front, Goblet, Landmine) they all require a slightly different strategy to perform correctly and also allow our clients to be exposed to different movement stressors that will allow them to adapt better to every day life and sport.
