Uni-Lateral Strength Training?

Why am I such a fan of Unilateral Strength Training?

✔️ Increases lower limb strength
✔️ Increases hip stability
✔️ Increases knee stability
✔️ Increases proprioception
✔️ Decreases Imbalances/Asymmetries
✔️ Decreases spinal loading
✔️ Decreases injury risk in sport❓

Seems like a lot to like. Which is why we will always have a heavy dose of split squats, 1-leg squats, SLDL’s, sled marches, and other single leg variations.
