Exercise of the Week: Stability Ball Deadbug

I am a huge fan of deadbugs for a lot of reasons, the biggest being that they are a ‘lower level’ anti-extension core exercise that most everyone can do (athlete or general fitness client).

We use a lot of different variations, but one of my favorites is using the Stability Ball.

By creating a little bit of tension by pushing the non-moving arm and leg into the ball, you can ‘feel’ your core working a lot more, which can help create better ‘buy-in’ with the movement.
