A1: Kettlebell Swing + Squat
A2: Stability Ball Rollout
A3: 1/2 Get Up
B1: Goblet Step Up
B2: Alternating Chest Supported Row
B3: Bear Position Dumbbell Plank Row Hold
C1: Eccentric Only Slider Leg Curl
C2: Alternating Dumbbell Incline Press
C3: Stability Ball Deadbug
Day 1 & 2 are completely different from this and don’t forget we also have and At Home Training program and a General Fitness training program…and you get access to all three when you sign up!
