Exercise of the Week: Med Ball Overhead Throw

The Med Ball Overhead Throw is a staple in our training, and for good reason.

☑️ anterior core power
☑️ teaches the shoulder to decelerate
☑️ power outside the sagittal plane
☑️ teaches the athlete to create power from the ground, through the core, and out the arms…like a lot of sports
☑️ fun‼️
