Train With Craig October Circuit

The ‘Train With Craig’ circuit for the month of October was a good one!

🔷 Goblet Squat x10
🔷 Kettlebell Swing x10
🔷 1-Arm Row x10 each
🔷 Kettlebell Swing x10
🔷 Push Up x10
🔷 Kettlebell Swing x10
🔷 Front Plank x30 seconds

This is a timed circuit, where you move from one exercise to the next, resting as needed, adding a few more minutes each week.
