A2: Feet Elevated Weighted Side Plank
B1: Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat
B2: Alternating Dumbbell Floor Press
B3: Split Stance Anti Rotation
C1: 2 Dumbbell RDL
C2: Alternating Chest Supported Row
C3: Bear Position Shoulder Taps
