Here is Day 3 of the General Fitness program for the month of October. It looks a little something like this;

A1. Box Jump
A2: Side Plank Row
A3: 1-Kettlebell Deadbug

B: Every Minute on the Minutes for 10 minutes — Kettlebell Swing x5 & Dumbbell Bench Press x5

C1: 1-Arm Chest Supported Row
C2: 2-Dumbbell Split Squat
C3: Standing Anti-Rotation Hold
C4: Bear Position Shoulder Taps

Day 1 & 2 are completely different from this and don’t forget we also have and At Home Training program and a General Fitness training program…and you get access to all three when you sign up!
